Healing and Reconciling the Masculine and the Feminine within

This workshop allows participants to explore, in deep and respectful ways, the opportunity to move beyond old patterns, myths, beliefs, and projections about the masculine and the feminine. Many people have been exposed to confusing dynamics with respect to the masculine and the feminine, whether within themselves or in relation to others. The central path to healing is being heard and hearing others.

All experiences will be conducted in a safe container of respect and honor. Participants will be offered time for meditation, experiential exercises, ceremony, ritual, self-reflection, and journaling to access their own thoughts, feelings, ideas, attitudes, opinions, and projections.

Purpose & Objectives

Many of us long to heal the patterns and wounds of societal and family conditioning. In this retreat you will have an opportunity to discover new models of cooperation and leadership between the masculine and feminine. The wounds may have developed from the dynamics in relationships, pressures from society, or from the dynamics within one's self. Either way, participants will learn to move beyond old patterns, myths, beliefs, and projections.

Through immersion into the safety of sacred circle, we will build bridges of honor, strength, and wisdom, so that all may thrive. Participants will emerge feeling heard and seen. Participants will feel honored and supported as individuals. Participants will arrive at a deeper and more fulfilling relationship with themselves and with others.

The Process

The immersion process is built around a nurturing spiral of courageous expression, intentional listening, and compassionate reflection. During our time together, participants will be invited to experience: time in nature, small circles, large coed circles, experiential exercises, ceremony, ritual, and self-reflection, to come to understand the shape of our wounds, how those wounds influence interactions, and how to bring healing to ourself and our relationships with others.
